We shall accept returns for any new, unused items within 12 working days from the date you receive your order. We shall not accept any returns of bespoke or personalized items.
In order for your return to be accepted the following conditions must be followed:
- The first step is to email us your receipt at email@example.com stating the order number and the product/s you wish to return and declaring whether you wish to get a refund or exchange the returned product. We will give you guidance on how to proceed with your return.
- Make sure that the returned product is unused, new, packed in the original package and with all tags attached. In case of shoes or sandals please make sure that they are tried exclusively on soft or carpeted surfaces so that the soles are not scratched or damaged.
- Include a copy of your receipt in your return package.
-Accepted returns will be refunded within 30 days at the price at which the product was purchased (which is the price indicated in the relevant receipt), exclusive of the shipping costs which will not be returned.
-If you request an exchange and it is accepted, then the new order will be shipped within 10 working days. In case your new order is an item that is subject to pre-order, then it will be shipped in 10 days after the date your peo-order was meant to be ready for dispatch.
-We reserve the right not to accept the return of an item in case any of the above conditions is not fulfilled. In such a case you shall not be entitled to a refund and the returned item will be delivered back to you at your own expense.
